Johns Hopkins Science Diplomacy Summit 2026
Join us at The Johns Hopkins University Science Diplomacy Summit 2026 on April 13-14 where high-level speakers, experts, and scholars from 40+ countries will discuss during 70+ thematic science diplomacy sessions how science can foster international cooperation. Our Head of Programs, Dr. Jan Lüdert, will serve as an expert on the “Diplomacy in Many Languages: Policy, Innovation, and the Future of Collaboration” panel.
The summit will take place at the Hopkins Bloomberg Center in Washington, D.C. Science diplomacy offers a pathway to build trust, share knowledge, accelerate innovation, and forge partnerships across geopolitical divides to address some of the world’s most pressing challenges. The 2026 Science Diplomacy Summit seeks to further this goal, convening a broad coalition of stakeholders to address issues that demand collaborative solutions, including artificial intelligence governance, space diplomacy, climate innovation, and health security.
