Hunting the Next Unicorn – A Data Quest Race at GAC 2025
Sat, 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
HKS, R-414
In this gamified workshop, teams take on the role of venture scouts tasked with finding the next billion-dollar company using ISTARI’s market intelligence dashboards. Each team draws a Quest Card with a concrete mission, such as finding the most innovative MedTech company in Stuttgart or the leading AI company with social impact in Boston. Participants then have 45 minutes to explore, filter and analyze website-based company data, examining product portfolios, service offerings, B2B positioning, partnerships and innovation signals. The goal is to identify the single firm with the strongest potential to become a unicorn and present the case in a concise three-minute, investor-style pitch.
